Heather Riley is an emerging artist and museum professional from Oro-Medonte working with whatever they can get their hands on, primarily in printmaking. They recently completed a Post-Graduate certificate in Museum and Gallery Studies (Georgian College) and has received both an Honours Bachelor of Arts (University of Toronto Mississauga) and an Advanced Diploma (Sheridan College) in 2018 and has a Diploma in Art Fundamentals (Georgian College). Heather’s work varies but is largely focused on understanding and engineering the space between a work of art and the viewer. As an artist, they use found materials in an intuitive way, allowing chance to influence the work. They have exhibited at Visual Arts Mississauga, The Red Head Gallery, and Art Museum at the University of Toronto.
